Application of full-automatic closed-loop servo press-fitting technology
Pressure assembly operations are a common process method in mechanical engineering, especially in the automotive and auto parts industries, where the assembly of bearings, bushings and other parts is achieved using pressure assembly. Unlike conventional hydraulic press systems, electric servo press-fitting equipment is fully electric and does not use hydraulic components for maintenance (cylinders, pumps, valves or oil), as the latest electric servo technology is used. Monitoring and management system (upper computer software)
The system can reflect the main production management data on the production line and can be used to query online the historical production records, current production information and future production plans for this production line, with the following main functions:

2) Alarm record query: users can query the alarm records of a certain station or all of them within a period of time according to their needs

Development and application of traceability system
