The line is a manual assembly line, the pile is transported on and off the line in automatic AGV mode, or by manual forklift, etc. The flow between pile stations is in automatic mode, all stations are equipped with a scanning gun to scan the electrical parts to be assembled at this station to ensure that the electrical parts installed meet the assembly requirements of the pile to prevent omissions and misassembly, etc.
The production line function can be changed according to demand, so that one production line is compatible with the assembly needs of a variety of tired piles. All assembly information is recorded in the upper computer to ensure that no product is missed or incorrectly installed in the assembly process of the line. All data can be traced and is unique, and each work station has an independent display screen that presents the index parameters on the panel, shows the current work content and completed content, and counts the installation time to achieve visualisation and data-based production management.
The whole line is divided into tasks for the personnel, and the corresponding work is completed at the specified time. Later on, the overall beat can be improved according to the proficiency, and the work stations with low efficiency can also be targeted and optimised according to the data analysis of the upper computer.
