Assembly line for electronically controlled shock absorbers with built-in solenoid valves

The assembly line is independently developed by our company, through the combination of man and machine to achieve precision and rapid assembly of products. 

1, the whole line is automatically run, the manual is responsible for the loading and unloading of parts, the equipment completes the assembly of all parts and screening whether the product is qualified, while recording data; 

2, the line body adopts quick change tooling, compatible with a variety of products; 

3, all press fitting stations are servo press fitting, recording the pressure displacement curve at the same time 

4. Each process is equipped with a double check function, which ensures that there will be no mis-assembly or omission through the combination of mechanical and electrical modes.

The whole line is controlled by PLC + field bus, and each station is equipped with a scanning gun, which effectively records the parameters of the product and transmits them to the upper computer, ensuring that all data in the assembly process of the line can be traced and has uniqueness.
