1, automatic wire feeding can achieve custom length that is the length of wire feeding can be edited at any time to adjust for the length of the harness needs.

2, fixed length cutting - can meet different cutting needs that cut the length and thickness of self-editing for different kinds of sets of terminals needs.

3, automatic set of terminals - through the mechanical design of effective Avoiding copper leakage and other defects, adjusting and replacing different tools for different types of terminals.

4. Automatic heat-shrinkable tube sleeving and marking - automatic cutting of heat-shrinkable tubes, cutting lengths to meet custom requirements, different channels to meet different types of sleeving, automatic winding and other processes. 

The line solves technical problems such as the exposure of copper to the sleeve terminals through technical means, and also solves the technical difficulty of unifying the first and last directions of winding. Data is collected for each process, recorded and uploaded to the host computer, and aggregated and displayed on a large screen for visual management, traceability and uniqueness of the product.
